Group orders remain open for 30 days. Once the order period closes, all products are delivered together to the school within 30 days.

Returns:
As each piece is custom-made specifically for your school’s group order, customized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Visit your school or student organization's webstore, pick your product, size, and color, then proceed to checkout. Payment is handled securely through Shopify Checkout.
Your organization's board or contact person will share the store link through email, social media, or other channels.
No, you can order even a single item.
Contact our customer service as soon as possible after ordering. If production has already started, unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order, as this is a custom-made product produced specifically for you.

Products & Sizing

Our range includes premium hoodies, zip hoodies, and crewneck sweatshirts. Each product is designed together with the organization.
Every product page includes a size chart with centimeter measurements. We recommend measuring a hoodie that fits you well and comparing.
Our products are premium quality, made from a thick, soft cotton blend. Detailed material specs can be found on product page.
Wash inside out at 30 °C. Avoid bleach and tumble drying. This keeps the embroidery and colors looking great for a long time.

Shipping & Returns

Delivery times are agreed upon with each organization and vary depending on the size of the order. For individual orders, the estimated delivery time is 2–4 weeks.
We ship to all EU countries. For delivery outside the EU, get in touch with us.
Since our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for reasons of taste or size. If your item is defective, contact us within 14 days.
Take a photo of the defect and send it to our customer service along with your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Payment & Security

Our stores run on Shopify, which supports major card payments (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other local methods.
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify Payments with bank-level SSL encryption. We never see or store your credit card details.
