Where we deliver
Orders placed in our online store are currently delivered within Finland. If you would like to order to another country, please contact us at contact@up-originals.com before placing your order.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Standard delivery within Finland currently costs €7.90 per order. All prices include VAT.
Delivery times
All products are made to order, so delivery times include production.
- Group orders: school and organisation group orders remain open for 30 days. Once the order period closes, all products are produced and delivered together to the school or organisation within 30 days.
- Individual orders: the estimated delivery time is 20–40 business days (about 4–8 weeks) from the date of the order.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary with order volumes. If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you by email.
Order confirmation
After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check that your contact and delivery details are correct and let us know immediately if anything needs to be changed.
Damaged deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, take a photo and contact us at contact@up-originals.com with your order number. See our Return and refund policy for details.
