1. Seller

The online store at up-originals.com is operated by UAB U. P. Originals (company code 307414747), Raudondvario pl. 93, 47184 Kaunas, Lithuania. Email: contact@up-originals.com.

2. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed in the U. P. Originals online store. By placing an order you accept these terms. Our Return and refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy form part of these terms.

3. Products

We design and manufacture embroidered collegiate apparel, including hoodies, zip-up hoodies and crewneck sweatshirts, together with schools, student associations and other organisations. All products are made to order. Colours and embroidery may look slightly different on screen than in reality.

4. Orders and contract

The contract is formed when you complete your order at checkout and receive an order confirmation by email. You are responsible for choosing the correct product, size and any personalisation, such as initials. Group orders are placed through your school's or organisation's store and are open for a limited period announced by the organisation.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. Payment is made at checkout through Shopify Payments; accepted methods include major payment cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never see or store your card details.

6. Production and delivery

Delivery areas, costs and times are described in our Shipping policy.

7. Cancellation and right of withdrawal

Because our products are made to order to the specifications of the customer or the organisation, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to them. An order can be cancelled free of charge until production has started. See our Return and refund policy.

8. Defects and complaints

If a product is defective or does not correspond to your order, contact us as described in our Return and refund policy. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

9. Intellectual property

School, association and organisation names and logos remain the property of the respective organisations. U. P. Originals designs, images and other content on this website may not be copied or used without our permission.

10. Personal data

We process personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. This does not deprive consumers of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence. If a dispute cannot be resolved with us directly, consumers living in Finland may refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta, www.kuluttajariita.fi).

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
